As an audit firm that carries out statutory audits of the annual accounts of public-interest entities,  S.C.Audit Consult Group SRL (hereinafter: “Firm”) is publishing this annual transparency report in compliance with Chapter X Article 46 of the updated EMERGENCY ORDINANCE NO. 90/2008 (from 24 June 2008) regarding the statutory audit of the annual financial statements and consolidated annual financial statements and monitoring the accounting profession as public interest.
